The worst place you can go to spend your hard earned money. The current manager Robby is one of the worst and most disrespectful managers on the planet. Former manager Bob ran the store with a lot more professionalism. Hope the store gets bought out by a company that can revamp it to where it has potential.

I like the stuff sold at Brookstone. We like the throws and blankets sold here. They do have a small collection of unique toys and gadgets that appeals folks of all ages. Service is good too but the store can be hard to navigate as you try and shop past the folks wanting a free massage on the display chairs.

The sales person was very helpful. She showed us several products until we found the one best suited for us. The store’s products are nice and the prices aren’t bad.

What in the world?!? They sell live turtles here among other things for the gadget minded individual. If you want a fancy high tech massage chair that does everything they have it. Lots of massagers period. If you want accessories for your iphone they have it. Robotic vacuum cleaner they’ve got those too. All kinds of gadgets for the person who has everything sort of like what the Sharper Image was back in it’s heyday. A couple of the very young high school/collage age sales clerks greet you with friendly faces others will just ignore you I guess they are to busy talking to each other then to be bothered with customers but that’s what comes with Christmas help. Some are better than others so it’s pretty much hit or miss here as far as help is concern. The store was organized however a little messy due to the Christmas rush marauders, I didn’t observe any actual transactions while I was there but the store was very crowded with mostly teens just playing with the expensive massage chairs and lying down on the foam mattress covers on display. I looked around for a gift idea but just wasn’t feeling anything there at that particular time. Too many teen kids playing it felt like recess was out. The person that did approach me was very nice and helpful but I didn’t find what I was looking for there so on ward I went shopping and still wondering why are they selling live turtles there cause this ain’t no pet store that’s for sure.
