Custom care walk-​in tub is The worst company you have ever seen John Otoole is a crook don’t use this company my fathers tub has a leak since day one and no one will warranty it or even return a phone call.

I do not recommend a walk in tub. You might be able to soak in it for 20 minutes but you also need to sit there for that long to let it drain while you get cold. You’ll be willing to pay 20 million bucks to get out because you can’t open the door! I also needed to add another water heater because a regular water heater does not provide enough hot water to fill it.

We spent almost 3 months researching looking for a walk in tub for my 89-​year-​old mother. John O’Toole the owner of custom care walk in tubs is by far one of the most courteous and knowledgeable individuals regarding these tubs We purchased my mothers tub about eight days ago and she is just in love with it. The tub has really helped her with all of her arthritic conditions and without John’s help and cooperation we would still be looking. He designed and built the custom tub that is ideal for all of my mothers needs. His installers were great and we would’ve never been able to do it without his help. God bless you John!!! You and your company are an AAA+ and I will recommend you as often as I can.
