Business Owner

La Shawn Denise Witt is one of the top wedding and event planners in the industry. Born in Los Angeles, wedding and event planner extraordinaire La Shawn began her career in alumni relations and special events with Loyola Marymount University, and soon fell in love with the event planning aspects of her job. In addition, she was planning small events including her own baby shower while an undergraduate in college. In 1999, she ventured out on her own and opened Divine Diva Events, Inc. While many of her satellite offices and clients are located throughout the country, her home office is in Beverly Hills, CA.

It was her dream to provide clients with quality event planning that they could trust. After working in the event industry for the past 19 years, she has established a reputation of being dependable and trustworthy, has produced over 750 events, and maintains working relationships with many of Los Angeles’s top event industry professionals.
