For anyone with long hair — you will not regret getting their incredible treatments!!! I have been going to for over 10 years. Jessie the owner is the kindest warm woman who makes everyone feel part of her family — no snobbery here, despite being in Beverly Hills. She makes everyone feel special, whether your one of her famous clientele or a struggling student wanting a special treatment for a special day — she makes no distinction and puts artful attention into her passionate work with hair.
My hair looks like silk after every treatment and people always comment wanting to know how I got it. I appreciate the tips and insight offered, and look forward to my treatments. Jessie is just as invested in my hair’s health as I, and it feels good to know someone cares so much.
I remember my first visit wondering if I should try it — so glad I took the leap of faith — made a huge didfference, especially when getting the treatments quarterly. If your going to have long hair you really need to give this salon a try. Trust me — you will not regret it!

Thank God for Julia! No one else has touched my hair since I’ve discovered her and it’s been years.

I was pleased with the treatment and trim my hair received, but not with the rudeness and snobbery of the staff.
If you do anything to your hair that is in violation of their weird hair cult, be prepared to be belittled and talked down to. George Michael believed that hair should be kept all one length, never heat-​styled or colored, and parted on the right side. If you violate any of these terms (having layers, fringe, center part, etc.) they will give you crap for it. The owner even told me she «isn’t going to deal with» clients that want to keep their layers. Huh?
They are also very pushy with their products and try to make you feel like what you currently use is junk. They scare you into buying their products by saying other products will «strip the treatment out of your hair.» Their products contain parabens and are overpriced. Yuck.
