I called Hover View to get some advice on how to handle a certain situation And Eric was extremely helpful and really helped me out on what steps to take. Definitely recommend them for any type of service they are very helpful and Great!

I used Hover View to get two very specific pieces of info about someone who cheated me out of some money. They not only provided me with what I asked for but they also gave me some very useful additional info. Great service! I’ll very definitely be using them again.

I use Hover View for all of my pre-​employment investigations, their lead investigator and owner Eric Agaki follows through on everyone of my requests. I have used other Los Angeles Based P.I. firms in the past, but was horribly unimpressed by their findings. I employed Hover View Investigations and Eric several times and with out fail without exception served my business and I correctly. My self, being in the security industry dealing with many clients who need protection and safety, had few chances to refer Hover View Investigations to some who had a need for a good investigator. I never heard anything beside charitable remarks for their operation.

I had a polygraph done on me so that I could figure out some issues I had with employment. The staff was very helpful and solved my issue. The entire process was painless and hassle free!!! Amy and the examiner were both great! I showed up late due to traffic and they both greeted me with a smile and wanted to truly help me. I couldn’t say anything bad about this company they work with you so that you’re satisfied and some! … They also give a lot of good advice.

I have used Eric Agaki for litigation and he has always come through. Not only did he provide the information we needed but he also showed he cared if things worked out. I recommend him highly.

I contacted Eric at Hover View and told him I needed a fairly quick background check for an employee that was recently hired. I wasn’t expecting for them to find anything, but needless to say the employee had a criminal history and other negative things I can’t discuss. So glad we turned to them for a background check! Amy was very professional and called me the next day to give me a «heads up» on the employee. 1 day turn around, so impressed! Thanks Amy and Eric! We will def use Hover View again! Please protect your business and use them for background checks! I almost used one of those scammy internet sites, and glad I didn’t now. Plus Eric was very fair in the price.

I was being harassed by a stranger who was relentless in his efforts to stalk me, and I finally was at wits end after realizing there was nothing I could do on my own to have this man’s behavior stop. I hired Hover View Investigations to help me track him down so that I could let him know I knew who he was and to file a complaint with the police. Hover View reacted immediately by tracking down his information and talked me through the process based on their own past case experience. They advised me on how I should proceed, and not only did they predict every step of how this crazy person would continue his harassment, but they gave me information on which steps I should to take so that this would come to an end. Everything Hover View predicted was right on and needless to say the second I took the next step to have the harassment stop, it actually did, and the stalker ceased to contact me. I definitely could not have done it on my own, and because of this, I wholeheartedly recommend Hover View based on their handling of my case and their expertise in the field. I hope to never have these types of issues again but should something ever come up, I would certainly call Hover View for help.

Its always good as a small business owner and single female to have a guy like Eric and his staff around. From doing background checks on seedy associates to protect my business interests — to referring people to him who have sticky situations that they need good advice and follow through, Eric is my go-​to guy. Logical and professional, Eric really makes me feel safe.

After the investigator I had hired before him took months to answer me and then when she did she gave me the wrong info, I was at my wits end. Owner of Hoverview (Eric Agaki) is a massage therapist and dental technician. They make rookie mistakes and the owner is unapologetic and rude. After failing in the simple task of following a car to determine where it was parked (and charging $ 1000), he cursed at me and called me a liar. Further, they did a background check on the wrong person but still charged me an additional $ 250.

I contacted Hover View Investigations to locate an individual to whom which I was seeking to serve. I spoke with Eric on the phone who I believe is the «lead investigator» in the firm. In this conversation he assured me that 80% of the time he can locate anyone as long as he has their name and date of birth for $ 250.00 and very very rarely does he have to increase the price due to difficulty. I sent him all of the information I had on this person along with a credit card authorization form for the charge of $ 250.00. A day later I spoke with Eric on the phone he gave me old addresses which I already knew and spoke to him about during a prior phone conversation which he was apparently not paying any attention at all to what I was saying and came back to me with no information at all. He said that it would be an extra $ 250.00 to run his information again. I could have done what he did online for $ 10.00 and when I mentioned this he told me that he would give me a $ 100.00 discount if he hadn’t given me the person’s social security number which he gave willingly without question. Eric from Hover scammed me and I would never recommend anyone use his services, you would be better off using an online locator yourself. Even after giving him the area of town the person is living and the name of the family he is living with he returned to me with information that was 5 years old. It was a pathetic, lazy, terribly embarrassing attempt on his part to do his job. My personal advice to anyone who is thinking of calling Hover View Investigations is to save your phone minutes even if they are unlimited, and money and call someone else.
