Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Ashish was born and raised in Southern California and is a graduate of California State University Northridge, earning a degree in Business Marketing. Following graduation he put his education and skills to work in the field of target audience research and brand marketing and development for the television and media industry by working with top Fortune 500 companies at Initiative Media, CBS Television, and MTV Networks.

As a go-​getter even in college, Ashish received his real estate license at the tender age of 19 years. He jokes that not many people would trust a «teenager» for the purchase of their biggest financial asset. However, he maintained his license, put a few years on his age and a ton of education and experience on his resume. He realized his true passion and love for the business and soon became a managing broker at California Capital Real Estate and Mortgage.
