Jane moved to Los Angeles in 1979 from the U.K. and has made it her home. Her background in sales and recruiting made for a great transition into real estate which is, after all, about matching and home with a buyer and negotiating the deal.

Jane loves to go that extra mile to ensure that everything falls into place smoothly and if you, the buyer or seller, are not able to be present she will be there for you and handle all those extra details.

I thought I knew the Westside until I looked with Jane! She not only figured out what I needed in record time, she managed to get every other broker to move their tails too. A SEASONED PROFESSIONAL, whom I’ve referred to many friends and with many thanks. Knowledgeable, intuitive, professional, experienced and lovely. What more could you ask for?

I worked with Jane to find my rental property when I moved from NY to LA. I found her incredible. She is knowledgable and honest, always telling me when a property would likely not match my requirements (despite pictures that implied the contrary). I had no car when I moved here and Jane would collect me from my temporary place and drive me around, even to properties where she stood to make no money if I took the place.
While in her car I did hear her deal with many calls of properties she doesn’t handle and she was always courteous and respectful. I am very surprised to have read the negative review listed. Having dealt with many realtors in both LA and NY, I don’t think you could ask for a better person to deal with than Jane.
Finding a rental is a very frustrating experience and one littered with dealing with dishonesty. I understand people get frustrated — but maybe don’t take it out on a good person who is working hard and honestly within the system.

Worked with Jane on a rental property. I found her very professional and a delight to work with. She was efficient and quickly found a suitable tenant. They always pay their rent on time and have kept the property in immaculate condition. I would not hesitate to use her services again.

Jane has always been extremely professional in her handling of clients that I have referred to her. I would never hesitate to call Jane should I have another client moving to the Los Angeles area. She is the personification of class and is extremely knowledgeable.
As for the review above, ALL real estate agents utilize something called an IDX feed which shows ALL listings that are available for sale in the city they serve. It is highly possible that the home you inquired about was out of her service area. It’s not false advertising.

UNPROFESSIONAL.
I’ve NEVER called a realtor before and gotten chastised then hung up on!
Apparently she gets listings «automatically fed to her website from MLS», but then bitches at You because you called to inquire about a house; she «doesn’t handle», OR isn’t worth her time. This woman has a BAD attitude and only her interests in mind.
There are thousands of realtors in this city ~ avoid this one.
EDIT: P. S. Why is she advertising on her website properties she doesn’t handle if she doesn’t want to be bothered with them? I don’t know ~ she hung up on me in the middle of asking.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSE: So instead of apologizing for being RUDE and hanging up on me, she threatens with a law suit. Precisely why I took the time to warn all of you in the first place.

We both have extremely busy work schedules and Jane was fantastic at getting us in to see houses right away, usually during lunch or in the late afternoons. She spent several full Saturdays with us and did a good job of quickly familiarizing herself with the neighborhoods we were looking in. We ended up buying a short sale, which has its own challenges, and Jane was very helpful in dealing with the other agents as well as finding us good inspectors and contractors on short notice.
