History

Established in 2009.

In 2009, Douglas McFarland and Michael Kiel founded Redesign Properties with the vision of creating an innovative real estate firm. Unlike firms of the past that focused solely on the real estate transaction, Redesign was formed to provide tenants and homebuyers with a vast array of brokerage and design services. Additionally, since we focus on representing tenants and homebuyers we are able to negotiate the best possible deals for our clients. From the signing of the documents, to the management of construction, to the final walk through of the space, we are there by our client’s side to ensure that their needs are fulfilled.

After acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design Douglas spent four years managing all aspects of the design process for an award winning Interior Architecture Firm. Douglas has designed and managed many high profile corporate interior projects, developing an extreme eye for detail.
