So my truck broke down in big bear and these guys really helped out! They got it done within the day last minute. I was obviously not happy with the bill when I left but then as I was driving around I noticed that my headlight had been replaced and prior to going to the shop it was burnt out. They replaced it free of charge and did not even mention that they did it and that just shows that there are really genuine kind people out there.

I highly recommend this shop!!! My fiancé and I arrived in Big Bear later on a Friday and realized that I needed to replace an ignition coil from the trip up the hill. After calling around BB no shop wanted to help me out with a quick and easy fix but Sean was able to get me right in and fix what I needed a hour before close on a Friday. Awesome! Very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. This is the only shop I will use in BB from here on out.

Took both of my cars in, Sean the owner help me, very nice person. He tells you the truth and not to sell you something you don’t need. I will and have told others about this shop. Don’t get this place confuse with D&G. Go to E&R tell Sean I scent you.

My first time there and as a recent widow so many people will just see you coming and gouge you like crazy. Not these guys. They were honest, very reasonably priced and just darn decent people. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need but advised me I should change out a minor item next time. It may have been my first time there, but it will not be my last. What a pleasure to find a repair shop I trust. Thank you E & R; I’ll be telling my friends.

I have known Mr. Ellsworth for quite some time and he is an upstanding hardworking guy. His work has always been top notch and I am very glad to see he finally has a retail location to help more people out. Big Bear isn’t exactly a consumers dream place bc of gouging situations that happen in small towns but now that E&R is up and running, everyone can rely on a trustworthy and efficient company to handle all of your automotive servicing needs. Congratulations on the new shop gentlemen! :-)

Best shop in Big Bear. They got recommended by locals and I would always bring my Bronco back there. We had a problem with a wheel bearing, they fixed it right away and saved out trip!

My truck brake line blew driving down Big Bear Mountain. Yucaipa tow company recommended Ellsworth & Rammell. I was told that they are the best on the mountain. My husband and I couldn’t of been happier. They fixed our brakes on New Year’s Eve and charged us a very fair price. Our bad situation became a lot better because of Ellsworth & Rammell Automotive and Yucaipa Towing.
