History

Established in 2013.

When we started this business, we looked at the competition and what we saw was generally disappointing. We visited shops that smelled like smoke, had old food laying on the counter, and were generally unclean and unfriendly. We believed that we had an opportunity to bring the types of customer experiences the individuals really want to see to the mobile device repair industry. So we started of with building a very professional and inviting retail shop. Our store has dark hard wood floors, warm walls, black ceilings, track lighting, comfortable leather couches, slate walls, and so many other features that make our customers feel at home. Additionally, we wanted our experience to be comfortable so we also decided to provide a complimentary cup of locally roasted coffee and a loaner iPad while they waited. Finally, we wanted the customer service and quality of the repair to be top notch. To accomplish this we only use the highest quality parts and our techs are vigorously vetted.
