Indoor Play Center with inflatable bounce houses and slides for open play sessions or private parties. We have three convenient locations Black Diamond, Enumclaw, and Kent. We are open 7 days a week 360 days a year for you to bring your child or children to play indoors in our climate controlled fun atmosphere. We are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All locations have bounce houses, slides, toddler bouncers, sports combos, toddler areas with toys air hockey and foosball. It was a great place for a birthday party! My kid did not want to leave! There is a huge bouncy area in the back where the kids can play basketball and a huge slide area. Even the most timid kids were trying out the huge slide. All were enjoying the place. I would suggest removing the air hockey table or moving it. A kid smacked his lips in to the side of the table while running. The table is too close to where there’s kids are running around. All in all, we’ll be back!

Please do not book your party here. Truly disappointed in how our party was handled after an error was made. I was promised a refund and it never arrived (even after a second phone call requesting it). I was disappointed as we had a nice experience in the past and I would have thought they would treat a returning customer better.

Came here for a birthday party. My children had fun with the bouncers, slides, and toys. Everything looked clean and organized. The staff checked in every now and then to see if we needed anything. The only con is the party room we were in was pretty small, so there wasn’t enough sitting area for everyone if you have 10 – 15 kids plus their parents. Also, this place is located out of nowhere. We almost passed by it…

This place is great the kids love playing on the bouncers remember to bring socks but there are a couple different sized bouncers for the big kids and little ones and there is also an area with toys for the younger kids.

This place was a lot smaller than the Kent location, way smaller!!! Not as many bouncers. The gal at the front desk was friendly. There was a man keeping all the kids in check. We didn’t get to go on the big slide because it was a lot steeper to climb and we kept slipping while trying to hold our toddler. The steep slide doesn’t have a wall to stop you from ramming into passerby. The Kent location had inflatable walls to stop you from hurting yourself or anyone. I know I’m comparing this location with Kent one too much, but this place just wasn’t as fun.

Owners are great! The guy who checked us in was as nice as they come! My 6 year old had a blast jumping around for over an hour. I paid for 2 hours & it was $ 10, which isn’t bad because I could jump with him.
Only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star is because it’s pretty small. Compared to the space in the bouncy place in Auburn, this one is super tiny. But the staff here makes it worth it & since I actually get to jump around with my kid (where as at the other place I couldn’t), it gets a better rating.

They just opened a location in Enumclaw! Love the place! Just wish the hours for open play were more on the weekends and after school. But clean, fun place for the kids.

This place COULD be nice (the idea is at least nice)… When I walked in, I was greeted with small entrance that way muggy and surprisingly smelly, along with a guy talking to a male and female. From the tone of voice to which a large man scolded a couple I’m assuming he must own or manage the place, he basically concluded to them that his patrons must need babysitting by inferring they were not smart or intelligent enough to decide whether or not a business was worth subscribing too! I walked out since I was off put by the smell, atmosphere and presumptuous nature of at least that one staff member. My child will be better off playing elsewhere.

This place is nice and large — it has four large bouncy toys (2 bouncy toys with basketball hoops, 1 large slide, and 1 obstacle course). It is located in a building that looks very industrial and it is on the left hand side. Right next to it, is a bar and eatery (not associated with Bounce It Up), which works well for parents to leave their kids and still be close by.
For kids birthday parties, they section you off — the first hour you are in the bouncy room and the second hour you are put into the private party section which has several air hockey tables.
A few reminders:
1. Bring socks.
2. Wear long sleeves and pants — several of us got pretty severe «rug» burns from the bouncy toys — and the scars are still there, even after several months.

My daughter loves coming here. It’s nice and convenient to have a place for kids in Maple Valley. I wish it was a tad bigger but other than that it’s great. The new management is very friendly and helpful.

My niece and nephew love this place. But the customer service by the manager, Megan (not the owner) is awful. She’s unprofessional and not the least bit helpful. My niece had her 5th birthday party here. We got here 20 minutes early to set up but no one was there. When she arrived, ten minutes before she told us we couldn’t set up in the party room because she still had to clean it from the party earlier that morning. How disgusting and unsanitary. I heard this place is closing down. It’s no surprise with a manger like that running the place into the ground.

We had a joint birthday tonight for two of my boys, ages 9 and 7.
We invited 37 children and 35 showed up!
It was great fun, the staff was incredibly friendly, and while it’s a bit more than I really cared to pay for a birthday party, I think my boys really made it worthwhile.
I’d highly recommend this place. Thumbs up.
