I went to this store to switch my phone lines from verizon, First day was all bad news and I was told they don’t have the phone I wanted, Next day I went and guess what, similar experience, They told me to call a number and come back. I was not too happy about the whole thing.
Finally I went again for the last time and I was about to give up on ATT and switch back to verizon,
Salesman came to me and asked, «How can I help?» and after that its just smile on my face, 1 after the other he answered every single question I had, He cleared everything that was pending and properly managed everything, He was very polite and friendly. My whole experience with AT&T took a 360 degrees shift and I left happy
I got my 2 lines transferred with the phone and plan I wanted, my discounts added, all my setup finished and ready to go.
AT&T store guys, if you are reading this, Please give a nice «pat on the back» to Jesse.
I am quite happy with the overall experience now and Good Job people!!!
