Great service; fast, friendly, and very knowledgable!
Every time I come in I get prompt service and enjoy dealing with the staff.

This is by far the best Sprint store in Bloomington-​Normal, and quite likely one of the Best. Stores. Ever. as far as customer service. Let’s face it. Either you’re in this store because you’re ecstatic that you’re getting fun, new devices, or you’re in this store because there is a problem. Or maybe you are just browsing, but I do that online, so I wouldn’t know. Regardless, I’ve been in this store for great reasons, and reasons I’d just rather not, and I’ve had the most amazing customer service every time. Most recently, I was in this store for an hour and a half on Thursday night. Richard took care of getting me set up with my newest phone, and in the meantime he talked to me about the speakers they had for sale, about different types of phones, and answered all my questions about other devices I already own. Everyone in this store is patient and relaxed, even though they’re usually swamped and there is typically a good-​sized line. Don’t expect to get in and out super quickly if there are several people ahead of you, but just remember they will give you the same level of care and attention when it’s your turn!

Best Sprint store in town! They fixed my evo 4g after I dropped and cracked the lcd. They had it looking as good as new in about an hour. I was shocked on how fast the turn around time was and the best part of all, it was free.
