Omega Properties is not just one of the worst property management companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, but one of the worst companies in any industry/​market in existence today. They behave as if they have you bent over a barrel at all times. They charge $ 50 per maintenance issue without fully resolving them, do not notify you of substantial issues dealing with their properties and are unresponsive to reasonable requests. Omega Properties survives by calling their tenants’ bluffs not to litigate. Unfortunately, they are right to do so, because college students cannot afford to be enthralled in protracted lawsuits. I can only hope that one day soon their exploitative and morally reprehensible acts catch up with them.
