I give them 5 stars! They called me before completing any services, were through and very helpful. They were honest and Ruth was so nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I loved my experience here. I was in desperate need of a synthetic oil change, and I always feel nickle and dimed by my dealership and other «chain» auto shops because it’s a higher grade oil. I found them through groupon for a great price, bought the groupon, and made an appointment that same day. The receptionist (I believe her name is Ruth) is super helpful, sincere, friendly, accommodating, and customer-​service focused. I feel like those are rare qualities in the auto industry. Not only did they change my oil, they also inflated my tires complimentary, and replaced my headlight (charging only for the price of the part, no charge for service or installation). I never expected to be so taken care of– as it was on my to do list to install the light on my own and also to run to the gas station to pump my tires. They exceeded my expectations, and took care of me without me even asking for anything but a groupon oil change. I highly recommend Boca Auto Service! I’ll be back.

Excellent customer service! We have a 2005 Acura TL that went to the dealership to get an oil change and we left with a «grocery list» of things they suggested needed to be done. My husband wanted a second opinion so we took it to Boca Auto Service (having lots of good reviews on Unilocal helped). Ruth was wonderful to work with. Long story short, some of the items definitely needed to be done, but most was not necessary today. They made the fixes at a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge! Thank you Boca Auto for great service! We will be definitely be returning customers.

Very impressed. Honest and ethical auto service. The only downside is that it is so popular that it is very busy most of the time. If you have to wait very long for your repair service, you can take a quick walk over to Mizner Place, full of shops, restaurants, and an art museum. Two doors away is Enterprise Auto Rental, and they are equally helpful and reasonably priced if you need to borrow a car.

I highly recommend this repair shop! We are from out of town and my check engine light came on so we needed to get right in. I was afraid that 7:30 am on a Monday they would be busy but they got us right in and on the road back home in 2 hours. It would have been sooner but they had to order a part. The office smelled like smoke was the only complaint I had. Don’t make a mistake and go to the shop right next door that we walked into first by accident. Thank you

This was my second visit for our 2007 Toyota Sienna. Basic maintenance:
–Oil
–Oil filter
–Air filter
–Check fluids
–Check power steering since it was making
that sound when we start it up in the morning.
They took us the same morning we called and had all work done by 2… AND we actually got the call when it was ready. How refreshing!
Instead of trying to lie and tell us we needed a new power steering pump, we were told that older pumps take a little longer to build up pressure in the morning, until things get working properly. Again, how refreshing.
These are the reasons we go back. Ruth at the front desk is a a pleasure and a great help. She takes care of us every time.

Best auto service in Boca. Honest, do a great job, and those two are hard to come by when it comes to auto service.
Do yourself a favor and stop wasting your time going to other locals.

If you need a great and fair auto repair shop this is DEFINITELY where you need to take to automobile. They have great prices and will not rip you off. Mrs. Ruth really makes this place tho. She is super helpful and even drove me to work and made sure I was on time. Customer for life!

I have not brought my car here because I live in California but I had the pleasure of engaging in a transaction with Simon over eBay. There were some technical difficulties that needed ironing out and Simon’s attentiveness to these issues was phenomenal. He is an extremely honest person with an unusually high level of integrity who will go to great lengths to do the right thing. I would back his business any day.

Very reasonable people and prices. I found this place form a groupon and I’m not disappointed. Just by talking to them on the phone I know they will not nickel and dime you. They even suggested to buy a groupon before coming in and they are flexible with the time just call ahead. Their prices are reasonable for a synthetic oil change.
They have free internet and power to charge electronics. Just ask the friendly girls for the wifi password.

Great experience. Honest business. Fixed my
Starter due to a loose wire, while other mechanic told me to replace it. Saved me $ 270. Ruth was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Henry was quick and efficient. Diagnosed the problem in minutes and had it fixed within the half hour. Prompt, friendly, and HONEST service. Would recommend to a friend.

Boca auto service is the place to go if you need an excellent mechanic around Boca Raton area. I took my car there for 3 years, without reservation I highly recommend this shop.

I was told by Jiffy Lube that my oil plug was stripped and to take it back to the last place I had the oil changed (Boca Auto Service). I did and although they did not admit any fault they fixed it for free. EXCEPT that they sent me home with a car leaking oil. I brought it back and they then said I would need a new oil pan for several hundred dollars and they would «do me a favor» and split it with me. Their mechanic said it couldn’t be fixed any other way. I took it to another mechanic who was nice enough to just tighten the oil plug SINCE IT WAS LOOSE and now no leaks.
I’ll let you draw your own conclusions.

I was very impressed by Boca Auto Service today. Not only did they take great care of my car, but every employee was caring and kind. Getting your car fixed isn’t always fun, but I know for me personally the way you are treated with customer service can make ALL the difference in stressful times. We started going to Boca Auto Service to have our cars maintenance services due to all the great reviews. When my husband’s car one day wouldn’t start we had it tow to Boca Auto Service. Fred spent two hours trying to find the problem and it turned out to be something only the dealer could do. He didn’t charge us anything for the service. I was impressed and understand why Boca Fred has such great reviews. He really is the most honest mechanic. I highly recommend Boca Auto Service.

I have dealt with many service stations, but BOCA AUTO SERVICE by far is the nicest, most honest group of people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had to have major work done on my car unexpectedly and they were reliable, finished the job on time, gave me a detailed estimate and when there was additional work discovered (brakes), they were flexible regarding the payment of the difference. Where do you find a company like this anywhere.
If you need to have your car service, don’t even look anywhere else. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!
