History

Established in 2011.

We are a proud franchisee of the largest frozen yogurt in the world and the only Menchie’s kosher store nationwide.

As frozen yogurt shops sprouted across America, Boca Raton seemed lonely. Garden Shops of Boca was determined to be the best place for the next shop, and in December 2011, Menchies Garden Shops opened.

Yummy and tasty! Always a different variety of flavors when we go and the staff is always friendly. We really enjoy the sugar free strawberry for our 3 year old when we go.

Don’t go if you want the boba! I went to Menchies because from my experience at other locations, I love their toppings. This location; however didn’t have any of my favorites. I specifically drove past multiple frozen yogurt places for Menchies and there was no boba or mochie. It was also expensive. Two dismal cups of yogurt came up to $ 10.71. When I asked about the missing toppings (because the Menchies website says those toppings are part of their bar) the cashier was indifferent. My tip to you is just go to some other place.

Yummy and delicious! And I’m pretty sure nutrition? The flavored are all marked with «fat free» or «sugar free» and many other things.
Include probiotics! And they offer 2 sorbet flavored which is great for my lactose intolerant husband! The melon sorbet is divine!
I’m a big fan of the strawberry and cookies and cream. The flavored don’t even need toppings but they do offer a wide variety and also fruit options.

Daddy, I thought we were going for frozen yogurt, this is ice cream? When you hear your 4 year old say that with a spoonful half in her mouth, the other half smothered all over her face, you know you are dealing with a good quality yogurt!
An excellent, superb, best selection of toppings, and syrups. All the toppings I tried were fresh, no stale cereal or old rubbery cookies here. And the have real m&m peanut topping, not the off taste of a generic.
Super clean bathroom that I felt safe with my 3 year old. Friendly and energetic staff and well maintained machines and signs.
A couple of outdoor tables that fill up fast on a warm night, but open good hours.
What I expect from a high quality chain, they do not disappoint.

Usually this place has great yoghurt even though it’s pricey, worth every penny. Not this time. Cake batter flavor was completely SOUR. Awful experience for a $ 8 frozen yogurt. Do yourself a favor and taste before you get it to go… very disappointed.

Honestly, I’m a little shocked that in the year 2015 this establishment doesn’t have recycle receptacles for the hundreds of pounds of plastic and paper cups used in their stores. Ice cream was fine.

This Menchie’s is close to my house in the Garden Shops. It ‘s in the same center as Publix, right off Palmetto Park Road. It’s a small shop but they have have a good assortment of flavors, including a selection of fat free, sugar free, low carb, tart, and sorbet.
There are tables both inside and outside. Every time I’ve been there it has been very clean. Frozen yogurt can be messy but I’ve never seen any sticky floors or tables at this location. You can get your frozen yogurt in a waffle cone or a cup. There are plenty of toppings to add, but I like mine plain. I do sometimes put two or three flavors together in one cup.
Yesterday I tried their new Swiss Miss hot chocolate frozen yogurt. It had a rich chocolate flavor. I mixed that with salted caramel and pecan praline. Delicious.
This Menchie’s is next door to Chipotle. If you bring in your receipt from Chipotle you get a discount.

Really impressed with my recent experience here. It was actually my first visit to a Menchie’s store, and I definitely plan to return.
Though on the small side, the store was very clean, and there are a lot of options of flavors and toppings to choose from. Service was friendly and efficient. They also allow you to generously sample anything, almost as many times as you want.
I actually like the fact that you pay by the ounce, compared to other frozen yogurt shops where you pay a la carte for everything. Prices are slightly high but not unreasonable. Overall, this is a great place to stop in for a treat.

Headed over to Menchie’s to grab some dessert after lunch and was very impressed with the venue and its variety. Cleanliness and friendly service are definitely a priority for the folks here and will have me returning in no time.
They generously allow you to sample the frozen yogurt flavors before you purchase (sample cups left out to avoid awkward repeated sample requesting). Almost every option was tempting, leaving me to assemble my cup with a nice mixture of all the store flavors. Dulce de leche, vanilla bean iced coffee, coconut, and oreo cookies n cream are among the flavors. A terrific variety of toppings are available as well: peanut butter cup crumbs, oreos, pineapple, cherries, almonds, and syrups of chocolate, marshmallow, caramel, and peanut butter.
Given the convenient location off Palmetto Park, friendly staff service, and tasty delightful offerings, I’ll be back here much sooner than my body needs…

Menchie’s has very good yogurt. I definitely recommend checking it out of an after dinner dessert.
They have a large assortment of flavors and an even larger assortment of toppings.
The only downfall of Menchie’s is they seem to be a bit more pricey than their competitors (.51 cents per ounce).

Love the Menchie’s chain, don’t love this location. Tonight was a bad experience. About 2 weeks ago I purchased a coupon book at the Menchie’s in pompano to help benefit the make a wish foundation… well the coupon’s validation started today, so I was excited to use my buy 1 get 1 free coupon. The place was packed, only once person working from what I could see. A lot of the toppings were out/​running low. Two yogurt flavors were broken. Anyways, got our yogurts went to the counter to pay, handed the guy my coupon that says MENCHIE’S on it and he said I couldn’t use it. I argued for a bit but he never offered to figure it out or call a manager or anything. Still very upset. Will only be going to the pompano location from now on.

I’m wonderfully happy to have a Menchie’s nearby. This is hands down my favorite fro yo chain. They have delicious flavors, this one in particular is very clean, and their toppings are delicious and separated out so less risk of cross contamination.
My favorite mix is the Go Bananas with Rockn Salted Caramel with cookie dough bites. Yum!
Be aware — the cups are big so you overfill. Try and fill like less than half the cup and it will be more than plenty. People tend to get wayyy too much, pay a lot, then not be able to eat it. My goal is between 3 – 4 dollars per cup.

Extra points for having the cute cow on their cups for a cow lover like myself who finds these things totally amusing. The flavor options are pretty good but they have so many toppings. Most of the topping are candies, cookies and nuts. I’m more of a fruit, mochi, and those-​round-​thingies-​that-​burst-​with-​liquid-​inside type of person. They don’t have these things I like but it’s still very good. You can get these big waffles for your cup if you like and the store smells really good from the waffles. When you check in on Unilocal,you get a 10% off coupon but depending on who’s working, sometimes they don’t let you use it.

After dinner with a friend, we decided to visit Menchies for some dessert. Since, I was stuffed and wanted something light, I decided to go for the sorbet. I like that they have dairy-​free options for times like this. The selection of toppings was plentiful.
Since this is a DIY place, there is not much to say about service. I came in, got my delicious sorbet, ate and left. If you are lactose-​intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, kosher or any other diet with restrictions, this place is a great spot for a satisfying that sweet tooth.

It was okay. The tart flavor was not incredibly good and the other flavors were tolerable.
The prices, also, were a bit higher than some of the other places tried on the mission.
