Nelson’s Tree Service

Merle Nelson is the owner or Nelson’s Tree Service. They service the Western Sonoma Coast and may in fact cover a larger geographical area. I was referred to Merle as a neighbor in Bodega Bay had let his diseased enormous pine tree start to extend over my property. I called Merle, he showed up as promised, he gave me a very fair quote and in fact completed the job before his promised original date. The workmanship was outstanding, you could tell he knew what to do and had a very competent crew working for him. After removing a third of the diseased tree you could not tell that they had even been there. This guy is a «diamond in the rough» and dealing with contractors or service types always has its moments. Not with Merle. He went out of his way to give me other invaluable referrals. Sounds a little silly but I wish I could give him more work, you just can’t find this quality of service around the coast in Sonoma County. Call Merle, you will be very pleasantly surprised.
