I have had a terrible experience with this law firm. It’s impossible to have my phone calls returned and when I leave messages I have been told «you did not leave me any messages». The best way for be to describe my experience is it’s like babysitting people who don’t do their job. I left 2 messages weeks ago and I was told «you did not leave me messages»…instead of them saying they didn’t receive them for some reason they say I just never left them… which means they absolutely received them and are just putting it on my. Then, I called this person’s supervisor and never heard back from her either. It’s like babysitting incompetent children.
