At Body Basics Inc. we don’t just do personal training, we have a coaching philosophy to coach the Client, not the program. We use client biofeedback and interaction to bring out the real goal, which is always bigger than the immediate lesser goal. The real goal is to find and create balance in mental, emotional, and physical awareness, resilience, and balance. Only then do achievements enhance someone’s life experience.
History
Established in 1995.
Miki and Corey Rudd started Body Basics in 1995 due to the overwhelming popularity and feedback they had been receiving from clients. In 19 years of training, Miki and Corey have always focused on providing a friendly and welcoming environment where our clients feel like family and instill this philisophy in all of our trainers. We have often been told that we provide a Cheers-type atmosphere with a serious workout.
