OMG. Meloney Clifton has magic hands. I was in Boise on vacation when my back decided to go into spasms. We were staying at the Grove Hotel so I decided to see if the spa had any openings. I was able to get a 90 minute massage from Maloney Clifton. I get massages on a regular basis but never encountered such a magical healing experience as I did with Meloney. If I could put her in my pocket and bring her home with me I would. Next time I am in Boise I plan to see her again. If you are in pain this woman can help you. If you like deep tissue massage, this petite woman will blow your mind. I can’t say enough to convey how skilled Maloney is at her craft. The universe gave her a gift and she is using it to improve the quality of her clients lives!

The facility is beautiful and the equipment is clean and new, the staff is friendly and I recommend the fitness part, but the spa part-​not so much. I had my eye brows and upper lip waxed. The girl never even took out tweezers! She used the wax in all different crazy angles so I have many in grown hairs. She didn’t even wax between my eyebrows saying she was done, until I reminded her about that part. She got wax in my hair! Large chunks of hair pulled out when I tried to gently pull it out after I left. She left so much wax on my face that my glasses stuck to my face and had to be cleaned as well. It would not come off without alcohol wipes that did not feel good after a waxing! (Didn’t help in grown hair either I’m sure.) After all that, I still had to fix all of this mess at home doing way too much work to fix something I just paid someone else to do. I will not be going back to this girl!

Best gym equipment and an actual lap pool. Incredible staff that goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a good experience. They are very friendly and take the time to get to know their members. Love that after just a few visits they knew me by first name. Spa services second to none with above and beyond education. Facility is clean and very well maintained. Prices are extremely competitive in comparison to most gyms, but a bigger value for your money with the added spa options. If I lived in Boise this would be my gym of choice!

Had an amazing deep tissue massage by the most beautiful massage therapist. I even got to use the pool and the sauna after getting my massage. Defiantly thinking of getting a membership…
