Established in 1997.

Gremlin IT Services has established a network of independent contractors with skills necessary for any Information Technology need. We pride ourselves on customer service and we hand pick our technicians to meet the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

All of our work is done on your schedule conveniently at your home or office. We can even remote into your computer for some of the simpler fixes or to provide training.

Gremlin IT Services has been serving Idaho since 1997. Our name may have changed, but our commitment to customer satisfaction has not. We are absolutely dedicated to helping you and speaking to you in a language anyone can understand. We serve Boise and the Treasure Valley, Twin Falls and the Magic Valley, and will soon be expanding to the Idaho Falls area.

Danny W.

Business Owner

Our founder, Danny Warn was serving in the Air Force and working a second job for an Internet Service Provider called Santa Net in 1994. The Air Force took Danny to Mountain Home, Idaho in 1997. By the time Danny left the Air Force in 2001, his client base had grown enough to make a career out of it, but he was still servicing mostly Macintosh customers so the business name was changed to Mobile Macintosh Services. Having graduated from Boise State University with a degree in computer networking in 2003, Danny’s PC skills expanded and so did his client base. As his PC client base expanded, the Mobile Macintosh Services name was changed to Gremlin IT Services in 2009. Our business had grown too large for one person to handle, so our business model changed as well.
