When you go to IHOP, you know what your getting. The wait was longer than usual, but the food was as expected. The waitress was pleasant and friendly. Will return when IHOP food is craved again.

Friendly servers if service was a tad more attentive would have givem 5 stars… But they were super busy. The food was very good and the portions are large enough to share… A word of warning to those that have to be Wheat free… the omlettes like at most restaurants do have some pancake batter in them to make them fluffier but they will make a omlette without

It was a bit disconcerting that the water was turned off while we were there, which I am not sure isnt a breech of the health code, but aside from that, we had fabulous & attentive service. We were there on a weekday, between the lunch & dinner hours, so there were not many patrons. I ate breakfast & my daughter had dinner. This is what I love about iHop, the variety! My server even made the suggestion of adding cheese to my eggs, which I didnt realize I wanted until it was offered! Made my meal! My kiddo could not decide on her dipping sauce & our server never batted an eye at her requests. I appreciated that.

Ihop on emerald is my favorite Ihop to go to. The staff is always super nice and does whatever they can to make customers happy. Even though it might take some time to get the food it’s still good and I’m always full. They make everything look so good. I don’t understand why some people complain. If your crabby in the first place don’t come out and eat. It just makes the server stressed out and there just there trying to do there job and make everything table they have happy. I’m a sever and I know how it is. I think everyone should experience the server life and then might change there attitude when they’re out eating… Anyways I love Ihop. And so should you

I have been to this location twice now and have been happy with the service and food both times. I like that they have constantly changing specials, I’ve never experienced a wait, and the food is prompt. Dining area is clean and servers are attentive. Will be back!

There is a petite Oriental woman named Meg working here who provides excellent customer service! I’ve been ordering their steak tips more while coming here, so with every meal I get here I am in heaven! :) It’s really great that they’re open 24 hours. Given that I’m something of a night rat. But night is when all the action happens for me. At least during the times that are not late Fall, Winter, and early Spring. Thank you so much Meg for making the area so hospitable, comfortable, and charming.

Go here in a regular basis, on Friday nights with friends. Food is well, IHop, breakfast, etc. What keeps me coming back is our fantastic server Molly. She’s funny and sassy, but she does her job and is calm as a cucumber with our large group(8 – 20 people on average) and it’s always good time.

IHOP is pretty much a breakfast staple anywhere you go. Are you getting anything better than you could make at home? No. But 24 hour pancakes and breakfast foods for cheap? There will always be a market for that.

I have had good service here before today. This was the worst. One took our order, another brought the food and after a very long wait a different one brought the check. I had to hunt down my own silverware and napkin from a table three booths down. No one asked how we were doing or about the food until we paid for it and all I got was«I’m sorry». By the way, the spicy chicken sandwich tasted like vomit. My daughter did enjoy her smiley faced pancake though.

I’m really here for the coffee. I like that they have flavored creamers. I basically have a little coffee with my creamer. The kid gets the Colorado Omelette minus all the vegetables and I get the Sirloin tips and eggs. The pancakes are good but I skip that for the sourdough toast. Love me some buttered bread.

We know what to expect from restaurants like these when it comes to food; however, you’d think they would make up for it with service. Not so here. We had a female waitress who was extremely rude for the duration of our meal and then couldn’t get ridof us fast enough. She didn’t even ask if there was anything else we wanted, just grabbed our dishes and plunked down the check.

What’s not to love about IHOP? I always get the tips and eggs… Everything came out hot and fresh — Delicious.

My wife and I have breakfast for dinner every Saturday and when we don’t feel like cooking this is where we go. Staff is always friendly and great except the one time our server forgot we were her table but that doesn’t happen a lot. The food is good and we enjoy going there when we do.

Cleanest IHOP I’ve ever been to. Great friendly service. Food is great and the coffee is fresh. I have been to a lot of ihops around the states and this is #1 in my book. I usually leave an IHOP saying«that was gross, not going back»; not this one! Working in Boise for a few months and got tired of the hotel Bk so I’ve been here about 6 times. It’s consistent and I’ve enjoyed eating here. I’m a picky person so this is saying a lot.

Here is a letter I just sent the manager to this IHOP location… Hi Zach, I just wanted to follow up on my wife and my visit today. what I would like to do is actually give you a full review of our experience. Compared to the last two times at your restaurant what was much better was the service. Very good service. Our meal arrived in 12 minutes. Not bad at all. What was disappointing was the quality of the meal. I sent back my plate due to the temperature of the eggs and hash browns. Along with the hash browns not tasting all that freshly cooked. The meat was hot, but it tasted more like rewarmed food. My wife’s omelet did not come out looking freshly made at all, it was real warm… not hot. None of the food was hot enough to produce a little steam as we cut into it. At the Fairview Ave store my wife and I have had the exact same thing many times. That is why we ordered what we did today. It was to compare how each stores cook was doing. Hands down the Fairview store was by far so much better quality. Just last week my wife and I went to the Fairview store and we ordered the steak omelet. Those came out to us so hot and fresh looking that you could have taken a picture of them and used them on your menu’s. So hot, that we actually had to wait a few minutes to let it cool down before we ate them. When we cut into the middle of the omelets steam came out. By the time we were finished the omelets were still hot. I do admit that each IHOP my wife and I have gone to does have good staff. When something is not right, the staff really goes out of their way to make amends. And that does impress me a great deal. But if your cooks are not up to par… the greatest servers in the world won’t make things any better. My wife and I have many years experience in being secret shoppers for restaurants in California. If any IHOP needs a secret shopper is this store. We have given up the secret shopper job and just want to enjoy the food like anybody else. But I have to say something when things are not right. I will not be returning to your store. It is clear that the problem is with the kitchen staff. Maybe your cooks should go over to the Fairview Ave store and take some lessons. Thank you for the gift certificate. But as I said… We are not coming back. We will only go to the Fairview Ave store now. Also I am going to put this letter on « Unilocal» and recommend for everyone to the Fairview Ave store. I sincerely hope you can get better cooks. It will make a difference.

Okay let’s get past the usual blah blah about chain restaurants. get what you pay for. I understand. The food I have had at this location is passable, but I think is very dependent on who is cooking. Our last visit, at the end of February, the bacon was so done it just about turned to dust, but everything else was fine. My key issue with this particular IHOP is the noise level. If you are unfortunate enough to get seated in a booth right in front of the kitchen, not only are you stuck with high levels of foot traffic but a great deal of noise. Oh and is IHOP ever NOT runing some kind of promo for a kids movie or a fundraiser for kids charities of some kind? Can we ever visit without being accosted to donate to thus and such charity or be subject to menus of the usual food dyed weird colors to attract the kiddies? Seriously, adults like pancakes too!
