Kimberly is a one-woman show, so be sure to give yourself at least a couple of hours to get through the appointment. This isn’t the type of place where you get mani and pedi at same time and are out in an hour. And be sure to book an appointment; she seems loved by her clientele so walk-ins most likely have to come back another day. She was very accommodating to fit my schedule when I called to book, for which I was grateful. I was drawn by a road-sign special she was advertising: $ 45 for mani and pedi, and was hoping to squeeze in before end of week, when I was going out of town. She was fun to talk to, but the experience was too slow for my busy schedule to make this my go-to salon. I actually had to race out there without letting toes dry b/c I had already been there 2.5 hours and was at risk of not getting to kids’ daycare on time, before it closed. It’s hard to be relaxed and enjoy a spa treatment when you’re watching the clock with one eye. My bad for not clarifying the time commitment when booking the appointment; I’m used to the larger salons that work at a quicker pace. The quality is there… mani lasted longer and I got a lot of compliments on pedi color. I can see why her clients love her… the one after me brought her a bottle of wine… it’s just not for me at this point.
