Wayne started Quality Heating & Coolingin 1976 by building his heating & cooling business around his core principals. He built the company with a technician leadership style that constantly challenges him and his employees to master different sections of the HVAC industry.

We lead the heating & cooling industry in innovation and new technology without ever sacrificing quality, craftsmanship and pride in our work; located in Boise, ID but setting the bar in all of the Treasure Valley. We have achieved admirable recognition throughout the years attributable to our unparalleled style of doing business and taking care of our customers. Recently we have received the Carrier President’s Award for 3 straight years, an award that 99 – 110 dealers out of 10,000 are selected for based on customer satisfaction ratings, a quality business model, industry leadership, Carrier loyalty, etc.
