At MSDHI, I will personally walk you through your house, and explain in detail, the functionality of your home. Not to mention, you will receive a detailed report along with many photos of your new grand investment.

History

Established in 1994.

Jim Stringer was born into the construction industry with several family members actively working in the field. He graduated from San Diego State University in 1991 with a Bachelors degree and soon found himself in the AGC apprenticeship organization, where he polished some of his residential and commercial skills in construction. In 1994, he received his Contractor’s License under Jim Stringer Contracting and then activated another License under North County Building Concepts, Inc. Today, Jim is concentrating on home inspections, where he applies his past and present knowledge on what most would consider their most valuable investment… their homes.

Business Owner

Jim enjoys his free time with his family. He has a remarkable wife, who he’s been married to for over 15 years and 3 great children. During the baseball season, he will be out on the field coaching with his 2 boys, both of which are enjoying little league baseball. He is engaged in his daughter’s school plays in which he is on the set committee where he is in charge of set design and construction. Aside from being active with his family, he also enjoys breaking away to catch a few waves.
