This is by far the worst karaōke bar/bar pub I have ever went to. It’s even worst then the Kissena Restaurant and Bar at 60 – 10 Kissena Blvd, so that speaks volumes. The customer service at this place is non existing. The waitress and owner are moody and bitchy. And gave a huge attitude when we didn’t want to order their alcohol as they were so lacking in drink choices. One of the waitress kept on pushing their blue hawaiian which by the way, I don’t know what the hell they served, it looked like a blue hawaiian but tasted nothing like it at all. It tasted so bad that we took a couple of sips and just forked over the $ 10 for that BS drink. When we only wanted to order soda, the owner told the waitress to tell us that we could not sit in the booth table if we are only ordering soda since they were not making a profit from us. The place wasn’t even crowded for goodness sakes. And all the people that were there all looked like the owners’ friends. No true customer. Why this place is still in business is beyond me. I only came to this joint because my friend really wanted to sing karaōke but didn’t want to rent a room. When I first walked in the place it reek of cigarette smoke, everyone was smoking inside, sitting there for five mins had shortened my life by years, that I had to go outside every couple of mins to take fresh air and even though it was super cold and windy outside I was willing to bare the elements over staying warm inside to save my lungs. My friend couldn’t understand why I needed to step out so many times. He must be dense and was too focus on hoping his karaōke song would play. Meanwhile, it never did. The other people kept on pushing their songs to the top and the owner/employees didn’t moderate the karaōke system. So my friend had to go and tell bartender staff to move his song to the top. He sang one song and they didn’t play his second song. We sat there for a while and still nothing. They really don’t know how to run a business and only rely on the business of their own friends and poor saps willingly to go here. My friend only picked two songs and only one was played in the two hrs we were there and only because he went up and complained«how come my song didn’t show up.» When it was time to pay the bill as it was obvious they would not play my friend’s second song, we asked for the check and they overcharge us for two cokes meanwhile they only gave us one. Then we had them adjusted it and the bill came out to $ 13. $ 3 for coke and $ 10 for piss @$$ Blue Hawaiian. The worst drink by far from any place I have ever went to. Even looking at it makes me mad. We gave 20% tips and the bitchy girl owner/manager got pissed and yelled at the other waitress for letting us sit in the booth in the first place, complaining to her that they made no profit. Well HELLO, YOURDRINKSSUCKS, YOUHAVEPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE and you expect more than a 20% tip, you must be out of your freakin mind. You should be lucky that you got the freaken 20% tips because frankly you didn’t deserve it. We didn’t get to sing our song(the whole purpose of going here) and we barely touched our drink. So what the hell! I am not surprise your company don’t have a Unilocal page until I added your business to Unilocal,but am highly surprise you actually have a fb page… This is one of the biggest BS places ever. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Save your money people and go next door to 100 Fun Karaōke Bar instead. So much better than this dingy joint.
