All I have to say: read the ingredients. Learn of the scary things in their soup. Find out how much fat is in that cheese sandwich and never eat here again.

The fundamental problem with this restaurant is that most of the food is greasy, i.e., high in fat and calories. It is also very expensive for what it is — a sandwich shop. If you can afford the calories, the goodies, i.e., chocolate brownies, etc. are really good. For routine fare, you’re better off with Subway, not only because there’s some calorie control, but the ingredients in the sandwiches are fresher.

When is a chocolate cupcake not a chocolate cupcake? When its a double chocolate chunk muffin from Au Bön Pain. Great for those days when you’re craving chocolate cake for breakfast. The French Roast is good too. I particularly like this location because the staff is nice, service is great and there is never a long line, I skip right past the Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts with the masses of less than friendly, yet to be caffienated, worker bees standing in a line that stretches around the corner.
