Hands down the best gel mani in Boston! I’ve been to multiple locations looking for a salon that charges reasonable prices, sterilizes their equipment, has a large selection of colors (both regular and gel) and does an amazing job with attention to detail.
Danny did my nails! I asked him to remove my horrible acrylics I got from Town nails in Newbury st. and then get a gel mani to give my nails a break. Now I’ve done this before and the gel mani I got last time after removing my acrylics looked nothing like this time! Nice smooth nails that didn’t feel thin and were perfectly shaped. I’m looking forward to see how he does when I decide to get acrylics again!
Kate did my pedicure and did a great job! Love the shape and the polish was perfectly applied. She did an amazing job on attention to my cuticles and scrubbing my heels.
I also have to mention that I came into the salon at 7:10pm, they close at 8pm. When I had called ahead to make sure I could get in I only mentioned wanting a mani but when u walked in to see if the could also do a pedi too I was told it wasn’t a problem. I was never made to feel rushed or hurried, I never felt like they weren’t doing as thorough job as someone who might have come in earlier. I left at 8:40pm and they’re were other customers still there and I noticed they were getting the same awesome treatment.
I’m really looking forward to coming back here and I’ll definitely be making this my only nail salon destination!

If I could give this place more stars I would! It is honestly one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever been too. They take their time to make sure everything looks great. They have a ton of great colors to chose from. I was even given a bottle of water without asking, which I thought was a nice touch. The prices or very reasonable for the part of town the salon is in. I will be returning and have a feeling I will be a repeat customer!

I loved my pedicure at Boston’s Nails & Spa. The technician had an eye for detail and was very friendly. The pedicure looked perfect afterwards and hasn’t chipped or faded at all, a week later. I am definitely returning!
The only drawbacks: it is expensive and the pedicure started a good 5 – 10 minutes after my appointment time, i.e. me waiting while they set up the chair. I wouldn’t have minded, but I was time-​constrained that day.

Pretty disappointed with my pedicure today. I’ve been here twice before for gel
manicures and really liked the result and how long it lasted so I was really excited about going in for my first pedicure. (this review is just for the pedicure — I should’ve found her name)
The cons: I left the salon after drying and went home to look a little closer and noticed the top coat was definitely outside the nail and on my skin. I thought it was lotion or oil but it didn’t rub off so I had to scratch it off myself. I also noticed her scraping off the sides of my toe nails two or three times to wipe off the excess that accidentally went on my skin and I can see the smudge marks still there… Usually I’ve had people remove it with acetone at the end if the smudging didn’t help. Also, there are air bubbles on my big toe): I’d post a photo but I hate feet and don’t want my feet on here either hahah she also asked me if I wanted it cut but didn’t ask about the shape so I said she can cut just a little. I forgot to mention the shape since I’ve never had to bring it up myself in other experiences. The big toes are too short and have no consistent shape and I know that’s gonna keep bugging me.
She took her time with everything until the painting. I should’ve known from the start when she put on the base coat and I thought I felt it on my skin from the coldness but I figured it was nothing. The application of the top coat was even faster and more careless.
The pros: she did a good job with the cuticle and she did a great job making a straight line where the nail bed and cuticle meet! The décor and ambience is amazing and service is pretty great. I even messaged them on FB about different nail extension options and they were really helpful. The nail tech made small talk with me which some people really like. She asked me if I liked it at the end but I wouldn’t have said no to her face so I just came home and sulked about how much I spent on this LOL
I’d come back for the gel manis but will probably pass on the pedicures with the nail tech from today.

Happy I decided to give this salon another try. They are detailed, professional, and very kind. I haven’t gotten my eyebrows waxed in like 10 years because of a traumatic experience, but Amy totally changed my mind. My eyebrows are cleaned up and were not irritated at all from the wax.
My manicure and pedicure look perfect too! I totally recommend this salon if you are looking for somewhere professional, clean, and high quality

Hidden gem in Back Bay.
This place is clean (very clean), and modern and bright. I walked in, and didn’t have to wait for a pedicure. Michele and Amy were great. The tub liners in the pedicure stations, a plus! Pricing is about the same or a tad higher than on Newbury Street. They do it all here, with a smile.

I really wanted to like this place given all the great reviews, but my eyebrow threading was pretty mediocre. I had to wait 10 – 15 minutes which was fine given that I had come at lunch time and hadn’t called in advance.
Tammy brought me into the back room where I lay down. She spent a good amount of time with my brows, although the service seemed especially painful (as someone who regularly gets threaded). Upon a quick glance, my eyebrows looked pretty good and I was on my way. I definitely experienced more irritation/​redness than usual, lasting 5 – 6 hours.
When I got home, upon closer inspection, I noticed she had missed a lot of light hairs under one brow. I promptly picked out 4 – 5 myself.
It wasn’t that it was a bad experience and I may even come here to try a manicure, just not where I would return for my threading needs.

Definitely the best manicure I’ve gotten in Boston. Great service, friendly EEs, free water or champagne with certain services, etc.

I went to Boston’s Nails three weeks ago to get my first-​ever acrylic nails. I saw on Unilocal that this place did matte nails, which was my basis for choosing them. The place was nice and the staff was friendly enough, but after a week I noticed that I already looked like I needed a fill. Turns out the guy who did my nails never cut my cuticles. Not only that, but my hair keeps getting caught under the nails because the acrylics are now peeling off my real nails. It HURTS. These were clearly done all wrong and I’m upset that I spent over $ 120 in this place.

Pro’s– Beautiful, clean, professional salon with friendly service.
Con’s– more expensive than most, and sloowwwww. Two hours for a basic mani pedi on a weeknight from start to finish, even without a wait. I don’t know too many people who have that kind of time on a weeknight, and I didn’t expect to be there so long for the services I was having. Chipped by the next day and I definitely didn’t have time to go back to get it fixed.

I walked in for a mani/​pedi and was told the wait would be 10 – 15 minutes. No problem. A young man walked by and said he was going to do my manicure when the receptionist told him to do my pedicure first. He — about 2 feet from me — expressed that he didn’t want to do a pedicure.
I asked for someone else to work on me and the receptionist was accommodating but I was very uncomfortable. First impressions are hard to overcome I guess.

This place is terrific! I have never seen a nicer nail salon in Boston. The space is sexy — super modern and clean (they use disposable tubliners in the pedicure spa chairs, yay!), with some of the friendliest staff around. Jennifer and Sesey are great, but don’t think you can go wrong with anybody here really.
Lots of little extra services that aren’t offered at the usual cheapo places, and they even provide complimentary bottled water.
Worth checking out.

Stopped by because I needed a gel manicure for an event later in the week and this place was conveniently on the way for some errands I needed to run. Everyone here was incredibly friendly, and I had an incredibly positive experience.
My manicurist today was Tammy, and she did a fantastic job with my nails. She was both skilled and efficient. Overall, the manicure only took about 45 minutes, and this includes the time spent removing my previous gel manicure, but the work doesn’t look rushed at all. I got a darker color as a base, and topped it off with a sparkly glitter layer on top. Manicure ended with a lotion and hand massage.
I read on other reviews that prices here are higher than other nearby locations, but I feel like it’s on par with salons I’ve visited in other cities.
Definitely coming back next time I’m in town!

I went in for a refill today with a photo of an ombré look I found on the internet. I didn’t have high expectations but I was blown away by Jennifer’s willingness to give me what I asked for. She went out of her way to secure the sponge needed for the ombré look and she did such an amazing job! I completely adore the finished product. I’ve already gotten so many complements on my nails! Thanks again Jennifer and Danny! :)

This place is upstairs on Boylston near Sweet Green and very clean. About $ 10 more than other salons, however the salon is new and clean.
Dzyn was my technician. He was very detailed and attentive. He spent a significant amount of time on my pedicure and manicure which came out fabulous. Total time was just under two hours.
BTW, I spilled my soda and they were so kind to clean it without fuss and give me a water bottle and soda can replacement.

Although the customer service was amazing, the prices were too high for what they offer. I got a refill and pedi done, wasn’t pleased at all. Danny did my refill and cut down all my real nails after I told him not to and he didn’t even them out so now I have to start from scratch with crappy uneven nails. Tammy did my pedi and unless you want to walk out with even harder feet than you came with, don’t do your pedi here. All I’m gonna say is, I should’ve stuck with my regular place. This all came out to $ 100 lol but of course they have me a 10% discount and this was for a basic color!!! The girl next to me getting her pedi done had really bad fungi and they pretty much did surgery on her toenails and she even paid less than me. I was unhappy and unsatisfied.
Update: I wish I saw this response sooner. I also wish I took a picture of this happening. I wouldn’t lie on any establishment like this, that’s terrible. I literally saw the lady next to me, her toenail was practically coming off. I will make sure I have my friend frequent there from time to time just to prove my point. Good luck, you won’t be getting my support.

My friend and I came into this salon for mani/​pedis right before our college spring break. The staff is very friendly, however the service was less than satisfactory.
I requested a full set and pedicure, however it took nearly 2 hours to have my acrylics put on that I had to skip out on the pedicure. Not to mention it was a painful process, and I have had acrylic manicures for most of my lifetime.
I have only had the manicure for a week and one of the nails has completely broken off and many are loose… Not to mention it cost $ 63.00 for A FULL SET which is absolutely ridiculous. Would definitely think twice before returning here, which is a shame because the staff is very nice.

Went in for a mani pedi with lip threading on a Monday afternoon. Place was quiet but clean and extremely relaxing to be at. Nothing beats soothing music and sunlight from large windows.
My nail technician was Theresa and she was just wonderful! She was careful and meticulous with the nail work. Even when I accidentally smudged my left big toe, she fixed it right away for me. She also took care not to overdo it with my cuticles since they were thin to begin with.
Tammy did the lip threading. She was fast and made sure I was comfortable while she worked away the little hairs.
Overall it was a fabulous appointment, with excellent service. It came out to be 70 $ for regular pedi, gel mani, and lip threading. Highly recommended and will return!

I didn’t have a good first experience when I went it but the owners were very nice about making me happy. They called me back in and redid my nails
for free. Jennifer is seriously the best of the best. Thank you so much! I love my nails.

WOW!!! I’ve been trying to find a decent nail salon in Boston for months and I finally found it! Jennifer and Danny did such a beautiful job on my nails. I got a full set of dipping powder artificial nails with organic gel polish. I will be here every two weeks from now on to get my fills! Everyone is so nice and the place is SUPER clean. Just go!
Update: the second time I went for my fill, Kelly gave me a free eyebrow wax because I was waiting for a bit as Danny and Jennifer were stuck in traffic. So pleased!
