Delete Tattoo Removal & Laser Salon

I am so confused as to if this is a legitimate business or not! I have already been here once with a groupon and the staff was great, however I’ve been trying to call them to schedule another appt (since I bought a pack of 3) and the phone number doesn’t work! I’ve been trying to reach them for a few weeks and no dice! I’ve also tried to stop by the office but they were closed and due to the snow storms I have not been able to just leisurely stop by again. Please if you are a staff member here let me know how to reach you for an appt because I am about to report you guys to the BBB! I will gladly go back again but I’m starting to question the business due to the lack of able to communicate with you guys!

Delete has been great to me. It’s located near the T that makes it easy to get to. I have a pretty large tattoo with many colors and have had 6 of the 12 treatments and it has really faded a lot. The price is actually lower than what I was quoted at other places & they’re able to guarantee it 100% gone in the end. Lizzy is awesome, very friendly and patient and can answer any questions that you have about the process. You also have an option to get lidocaine and I highly recommend that… It is a painful healing process but worth it if you never want to see your tattoo again! I HIGHLY recommend Delete if you have a tattoo you don’t want to look at anymore.

Very satisfied with my experience here at this beautiful, chic new laser salon on Newbury Street.
It started with the secretary, who greets with you with a smile and proceeds to offer me arguably the best cappuccino I’ve ever tasted in my life. The nurse, Lizzie, was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered me an honest assessment about my skin. When I went back to have my skin damage repaired, Lizzie exhibited professionalism and was calm, cool, and collected as she operated the laser (they claim, and my research backed them up, that they have the most powerful and efficient laser in the Boston market).
All in all, a beautiful space, warm staff, and professional operators. O, and did I mention, that they are cheaper than their competitors? Hopefully, I won’t need anymore laser work in the future, but if I do, at least I know that Delete is there to take care of me.

I had been thinking about removing a tattoo off the back of my neck for a few years now but heard it was too painful and too expensive. A friend of mine told me about Delete on Newbury street so I made my consultation appointment and was totally sold shortly after walking through the door. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the nurse who did my consultation as well as my first treatment was very knowledgeable and reassuring of the process (I dont think any of the other tattoo removal places staff nurses except this place). I have to wait until the end of September to go back for my next treatment and I can’t wait. the process was painless, quick and not entirely too bad on my pocketbook. they also offer b-​12 shots and vitamin infusions which I’m interested in when I go back. love this place.

I had a very bad experience with Delete — my pain tolerance is high but after my second visit it was clear to everyone that the removal of my tattoo was not going to be successful. You should call them on the phone first instead of coming in because what they advertise IMHO is not true.
