Hodan Management

I would give 0 stars if possible. Our building just fired Hodan after years of unhappy and sketchy service.
1. Patriot Cleaning, their cleaning service is not registered with the secretary of state. Numerous attempts at getting proof of insurance for them has been unsuccessful.
2. They have overcharged for many services (compared to market prices).
3. Our books have been shoddily handled. They do not use a standard accounting system and for a long time we (the board) did not have access to large sums of money. It took several requests to see copies of our financial statements.
I’m pretty confident that if we hired an auditor we would discover mass amounts of fraud. They have been late paying several major bills (water for example). Their employees have been rude and unresponsive for years.

I agree with the criticisms of Vera and Victor and have too many stories of my own how they could have helped a situation and did not. Take a pass on this Company in your search.
