Lexington Carpet Cleaning Pros

I searched on the internet for a local carpet cleaning company and found a company who’s URL comes up ‘All Green Carpet Cleaning’ and the website came up as ‘Lexington Carpet Cleaning Pros’. I read the reviews which stated, local lexington people, called the number and made an appointment for the following week. The company gave a window between 2−4pm on monday, July 28^th.
Problem #1 — Scheduling/​Arrival
They called at 12:30 that day and said they were on their way. I stated I would not be home until 2pm and said fine, they would send someone at 2pm. I then got another call saying that they couldn’t get someone there until 6−8pm. I said unacceptable and then they finally had someone show up about 3pm.
Problem #2 — Incorrect Sales pitch — Trying to up sale
On the website and when I spoke with the sales rep they said the price was $ 29 per room, 3 room minimum which I agreed to. They did not say anything about ‘different types of cleaning for different prices’. When the tech arrived, first thing he said was that it would be $ 29 per room for ‘basic cleaning which is just a shampoo’ and that if I wanted a real cleaning it would be $ 69.00 per room for the steam cleaning. I said no, that was not disclosed and only agreed to the $ 29 per room cleaning. **Note at this time, Tech stated that the carpets would be wet 4 – 6 hours after cleaning…
Problem #3 — Performance of cleaning
The tech was in and out of my home in less than 1 hour. I’ve never had any company clean carpets that fast and the reason being is due to them doing a poor job. The lower level of my home has Zero furniture and I moved ALL the items off the floor and small furniture in the room upstairs myself with my son. Even with having a CLEAR surface to perform the cleaning, there is no way they could have properly cleaned 3 rooms within that time.
Problem #4 — WE CARPET — Still 2.5 days later!
Tech stated carpets would be wet 4 – 6 hours after cleaning… no problem. However the next day the downstairs carpets were SOAKED! Now 2 days later, STILL SOAKED. I have called the company at both phone numbers 857−265−4103 and 240−406−6209 which are on the invoice with no call back. I called the number on the website this morning and finally the Sales person took my name and number and had a supervisor call me back. I explained the situation again (and can tell it’s the same person on the voice message from the previous numbers) and all he could say is that I needed to wait a 3^rd day and he assured me that my carpets would be dry. I explained that I am concerned about MOLD due to the carpets being wet for so many days. He yelled and refused to send anyone to even look at the carpets, more or less solve the problem which is due to the Tech did NOT properly suck up the water with the equipment he was using.
NEVER use these people! They are running from what I can tell by 3 company names, Right Choice Cleaning (which is on the invoice), All Green Carpet Cleaning (which is the actual website that came up), and Lexington Carpet Cleaning Pros (which is what came up when I did an internet search).
