Here’s how our easy, no-​hassle process works:

Step 1

Choose your windows and configure your options using our first-​of-​its-​kind website. The price will update as you build your order. When you’re done, you’ll have a breakdown of the entire project cost, including installation and disposal of your old windows.

Step 2

You aren’t committed to anything yet. We’ll schedule one of our certified installers to measure all your windows. They’ll bring a sample window and answer your questions. If you have damage that needs repair, we’ll also address and quote that work.

Step 3

If you decide to move forward, you pay 50% of the balance and your windows are custom manufactured. In a few weeks, we will contact you to schedule your installation. Your installer will come to your home and, once you’re happy, we will charge the remaining balance.

A few years ago, our co-​founder, Eric, purchased a home and wanted to upgrade his 30-​year old windows. After not being able to find any real pricing information online, he made an appointment to have someone from one of the big replacement window brands come to his house to give him a quote.

At the end of an excruciating, three-​hour appointment, the salesperson presented him and his wife (who were both required to be present) with an outrageously high quote. He then pressured them to make an immediate decision and, when they wouldn’t, he discount the price by 20%. What was the markup if they could just drop 20%? Even worse, the price was still ridiculously high!
