I had the best experience at this store. The customer service was great. The sales lady was very patient with me. I loved the quality of the products and can’t wait to go back and purchase another pair of gloves and maybe a pair a shoes. Go and try the store out!

I went into this store thinking that if any place had warm gloves it would have to be a store that’s soul purpose was selling gloves. Not to mention that for the price I paid I would really hope they would serve their main purpose. The manager assured me the gloves I purchased would be very warm, she never mentioned to me that there was a no refund policy, she offered to cut off the tags so that I could wear them out. I wore them for 2 blocks and my hands were already freezing. I went back the next day to return and, after waiting 20 minutes because she was late, was told I couldn’t and since I’d worn them she couldn’t even exchange them for me. Probably exactly why she offered to cut the tags so that I would be stuck. She told me they can’t possibly tell every customer of the return policy but that there is a(itty bitty) sign by the register stating it. Both times I was in the store and every time I walk by it the place is empty so it really shouldn’t be that hard to tell your customers. She then told me she had to go and basically pushed me out the door. You would think for the kind of upscale boutique they are trying to be that the customer service would be a lot better and that they would have gloves that actually keep people warm. Do not waste your money at this place!

All I wanted for Christmas this year was touch-screen leather gloves. My husband, who has a penchant for luxury, found a pair for me at Sermoneta. The texting function worked for about a week. Since they were $ 140, I tried to return them, but to no avail. The sales associate said I was just doing it wrong, but then when she tried to do it, she couldn’t do it either. They exchanged the used non-working gloves for a new pair. Yet again, a week later, the texting ability stopped working. I wish I could return them, but they won’t accept returns. I really wish my husband didn’t shop there! Hopefully this review will save someone else some heartache(and cash). :(
