I attended a function here last year, but didn’t write a review because I did not have enough info to do so.
I had a Sweet 15 party here, with 100+ guests, just this past Saturday and I’m a little impressed. From the outside it honestly doesn’t look like much (–1 star), but it’s actually very nice on the inside. I have posted pictures. I was allowed to enter 4 whole hours before my function, which helped me tremendously. And they were super flexible with everything, like moving tables and chairs around.
Amenities:
10 tables + 80 chairs
4 Rectangular buffet tables
a Bose system Jukebox super banging
Pool table w/​cover if you want to make it a regular table
Clean bathrooms
Disco ball
Dance floor
Heavy handed Bartender (best amenity of them all if you ask me)
Full Kitchen
3 large size barrels on wheels (super helpful)
The location is great, especially if you’re hosting a teen party, since Andrew station is literally 30 feet away. Tedeschi’s is a 2 minute walk in case you forget something.
FYI-​they do not allow tape on the walls, but I was able to get away blue painters tape.

My running club hosted an event here a few years ago and we are about to host another there this coming April. I hear that they have since removated the whole place as well, so I suspect it will be better than last time — and for the same price. once we negotiate the deal etc, I will post more information.
Update: We did end up hosting our event here, about 120 people. They were very accomodating and negotiated the beer price A LOT when we offered to put down a large deposit. We also used their caterer instead of our usual place. Although I forget their name, the food they brought (lasagna) was much better and cheaper than what we normally get. We also brought in some of our own food. All in all, a great venue to host a party!
