He was willing to come back 3 times while we worked out details with countertop people. He was kind and professional. I needed to replace a recirculating pump for the heating system, and to install a main water shut-​off valve. I contacted Timothy, he was quick to respond. He brought the necessary pump, came with the required tools and gear, and did a good job at a fair price (lower than other quotes I got). His work was efficient, his conduct was professional and helpful.
He also took the time to advise on other plumbing issues I have, and he did not try to push me to do additional work if it’s not really needed.
Overall I appreciate his service and would gladly recommend him.

We had Tim install an automatic water feed on our gas boiler. Made arrangements by text and he showed up right as planned. Tim worked solidly for a couple of hours — leaving the area clean and the boiler ready for winter.
i have had plenty of plumbers over the years not call me back, charge gross amounts, arrive late and generally make excuses. Tim was professional and I would definitely recommend and use again.

I’m an out of town landlord, needed a Boston plumber — Tenant’s toilet leaking into condo below. I found Tim via Unilocal.Unexpectedly the elevator was broken. Tim got a helper and they carried 2 toilets, faucets & more up 7 floors, then removed old stuff.
Work was done well, he was willing to come on short notice, his price was reasonable others were pricy. Because he seemed so easy to work with and reasonable on pricing I had him replace both of toilets and both faucets. I highly recommend Tim.

We worked with Tim a few times now; he is always fast, thorough, skilled, and honest.
One time we needed a plumber to install our gas dryer (per the requirement of Lowes/​Home Depot). We were told by Lowes/​Home Depot, that offered free removal, that they could not take out the washer or dryer from the room they were in, without having to bust down a wall… Later on, when Tim came to install the dryer, he was able to quickly and easily remove them out of the room, no problem!
He has always been honest, providing a more than fair price estimate for services upfront, but also gives us his professional opinion, e.g., telling us a quote for reglazing our bathtub and saying he would be able to do the job, however, his opinion on what it would mean in terms of having it done or not.

I just recently used Tim’s services, I have a rental property in Quincy, Massachusetts. My tenants had some concerns about the bathroom. He promptly returned my call and checked out my place. Going above and beyond normal plumbers, he addressed the issues (fixed them) and gave me great recommendations to keep in mind with my interests above all others. It’s really hard to find honest help these days. Tim is great! He also told me that if I needed any other help managing the property, he is well connected with other resources such as carpentry and electric. This is great service at a great value. Given that I live out of state now, I couldn’t imagine not having a trust worthy plumber like Tim.

Tim came over to my condo to fix my water heater. Initially he took a picture of the heater as it is very specialize and he is honest about not worked on this type of heater before. Then he offer to take a second look at it and found the place it is leaking.
Tim return to his vehicle and back with tubes and other tools, and immediately goes to work on the problem.
Tim is very patient and spend about 2 hours helping me replace the the part that is broken. I tested and everything is good. I would re-​hire Tim for all my plumbing needs!

Tim is an outstanding plumber! I live in the South End where parking can be a challenge to say the least and Tim didn’t seem to mind or charge me extra for it either! He is about a 30% lower in price than most plumbers.
Tim came to my condo within a couple days to install a toilet in a very tight bathroom. He was probably the nicest guy in his trade that I have met and he doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for his services. He was in and out within 40 minutes. He cleaned up after himself very well. I will be hiring Tim in the future for other various plumbing jobs. Thanks again, Tim!
