BMW Only

UNBELIEVABLE! Wes caused even more damage to my BMW than I realized! One week ago Thursday, I allowed Wes to change my thermostat and water pump. The next day (last Friday), my car was leaking coolant which caused me to miss a day of work (see my original review).
Yesterday (Thursday), when I arrived to work my car had a «Coolant Level Low» message. I popped the hood and saw slight coolant splatter. At the end of the day I popped the hood and removed the expansion tank cap and saw that the tank was two cups or so low, but not completely empty. I drove to a nearby RiteAid, bought a gallon of distilled water, and brought my coolant level back to normal. I drove home (I work in Renton but live in Bellevue).
This morning, I called my trusted car shop, LBR Automotive, and took my car there. I had to get a rental from Enterprise to get to work (I missed the first half of the day). LBR just called to inform me that Wes installed my fan and fan-​clutch incorrectly. The tip of the fan blade had eaten a hole into a hose causing the leak. So now I am out another half day’s work, $ 40 for the rental car, and $ 220 for the repair.
Wes. I will see you in court. Your «mobile shop» is a menace to BMW ownership. Although he talks a good game, it is blatantly obvious that this guy doesn’t have a clue about BMW maintenance. He knows just enough to appear credible, yet he can ruin your engine if you are not careful. In addition, he installs cheap knock-​off parts into the car versus parts that meet or exceed BMW OEM standards. So you will likely be changing the part again sooner rather than later, which costs much more in the long run.
To anyone reading this review, if you don’t want to gamble with the health and longevity of your car, avoid this guy at all cost. I wouldn’t even trust this guy to change my cabin air filter. If you read my initial review you will see more of a reason why you should stay far away from Wes and BMW Only.
BTW, after my initial review, Wes emailed me via Unilocal and offered to pay me $ 125 (the cost to fix the leak he caused last Friday) to remove my review. I told him that if he thought this was just about $ 125 he was sadly mistaken. I also told him that if he reimbursed me the full amount for his service, I would note that in the review but would NOT remove a single fact that I stated. In other words Wes, I don’t take bribes. He opted NOT to pay me.
I have absolute proof of this horrible, avoidable experience in text (with him cursing at me and calling me a liar), email (with his bribe offer to remove my Unilocal review), receipts (showing cheap knock-​off part)+(LBR repairs)+(über)+(rental car), and signed work orders (of his charge for work he did not perform). I also have proof of time missed from work. All of the above is the direct result of Wes working on my car.

ATTENTION — BMW Exclusive — Is the new name for BMW Only. Same rotten service. Same person who almost ruined my car. Beware BMW Exclusive unless you wish to gamble with your car. This guy is very devious and should not be trusted. He changed the name to BMW Exclusive after receiving this bad and completely accurate review.

First time, and it went very well. I have a 2006 530 wagon, and the starter is a chore to access. He was in & out in 3 hours. It was a rainy day, and i set up a 10×10 pop-​up tent in my driveway. Some guys would say, «i’ll get to it after the weather clears up» but he was there, no problem, no complaints.
I found him to be passionate and earnest.
You can tell he loves these cars, and has the dealership experience.
We had a small misunderstanding on the $$, so he’s meeting up next week to do additional work.
