I paid for my wedding to be at this venue 7 months ago and just got an email this week that they sold and I have to find a new venue. Of course every outdoor venue is already booked for August. Not good customer service, not trustworthy.

Hi Bob,
While we appreciate the gesture of offering to reprint invitations, we have $ 1600 in non-​refundable deposits paid to vendors for our scheduled date. With excessive searching this week we are still unable to find a suitable venue with that date available, and therefore have to forfeit those deposits. This is an enormous disappointment. Would Event Venues of Washington be able to provide coverage for these fees? As they are a direct result of your property sale.

We are a professional wedding photography studio in Seattle. We had the opportunity to photograph at the Monte Villa farmhouse. This venue is amazing for capturing wedding photographs. The house is a 1927 farmhouse, so there is a lot of history that goes along with it and as we captured our clients wedding photographs, we could feel this history come through.
The venue coordinator, Tara is amazing and according to our client, the communication between her, our client and us is excellent.
Overall, highly recommended venue with lots of space. It’s like getting married at an old mansion.

I got married at the Monte Villa Farmhouse in 2009, and had an absolutely wonderful experience working with the venue. The planning meetings weren’t rushed and they answered all my questions. They helped me with everything from choosing linens that were beautiful and within my budget, to how the day would flow from event to event. The bridal suite is gorgeous, great for photos as are many areas around the grounds which was one of the most important things for me. Everything was set up and maintained throughout our wedding, and it was great not having to worry about friends and family needing to take care of those things. Definitely a wonderful venue, great management and staff. We would do it all over again there if we could!

Our wedding reception was held there 6÷23÷2013 and it was just perfect. Breanne is fantastic to work with, personable and efficient and helpful. Perfect indoor/​outdoor setting, which it turned out we needed! Lots of rooms in the house set up for different ages and activities, too, if you need to be indoors. Sound system was wonderful, it was so nice having our Hawaiian music inside and outdoors. Lots of room to set up tables and chairs and food, layout of all the rooms flows really well. Everyone fell in love with the place. We also used their recommendation of FunFoto, and that absolutely made the event. Now we’re just looking for an excuse to have anotehr event there…
(The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it would have been nice to have a freezer, we had to go out for ice a few times).

Monte Villa Farmhouse is one impressive venue to rent ~ and to make it even better Breanne (the mgr. of venue) is the sweetest most helpful professional person a gal could hope to do business with.
Although my wedding was called off & the venue couldn’t be re-​rented in time, we still made the best of the venue with some friends & had a great time. If I could give her & MVF 6 stars I would! In a day where customer service seems to be nonexistent… she certainly is an exception to that.
Anybody who needs an «all inclusive (minus food)» venue ~ look no further. This is the place. Thanks Breanne!

My wife and I were married here in October and couldn’t be happier with our choice. From day one, property manager Breanne was a tremendous help. First, the property. It is a beautiful venue for any occasion. The home itself is very comfortable and inviting. A favorite room was the grooms room. There was ample room for all of our guests to either sit and visit or to roam around. There is also a game/​tv room downstairs that was great for kids to hang out at. There are also lots of bathrooms for everyone! Very important! The grounds was great. Well manicured and well planned. Lots of room to wander around. Although we had hoped for an outdoor wedding, the weather (typical Washington fall weather!) did not cooperate. Breanne stepped right in and helped devise a great floor plan for our event. With almost 130 guests inside, it never felt crowded. All of our guests raved about the venue and had an enjoyable time there.
I would highly recommend Monte Villa. From the moment we contacted Breanne, she was very helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Our reserved rehearsal time went well with great ideas and input from her. All inquiries were responded to promptly. She is very professional but is also so friendly and easy to talk to. I should add that the entire staff was great. We would not hesitate to use Monte Villa again.

I just signed a contract for this venue and absolutely love it! The character is exactly what I was looking for-​old charm but with a modern twist that is so elegant. They pay very close attention to the details of your wedding to make sure everything is exactly how you want it to be. Not to mention that this place has a separate bride and groom suite in the venue which makes for an easily ready and stress free wedding. I can’t wait to have my wedding here! You get the option of having your wedding indoor or outdoor too. The outdoor area is newly constructed with a beautiful 12 ft. trelllis that will look amazing if it’s sunny out =)
The manager has been super accomidating to our every need. She’s even gone out of her way to make suggestions to us that we never even thought of! Breanne has done everything to make sure our wedding day is flawless and just as special as we feel it should be.
The Monte Villa Farmhouse provide so many different areas to the venue in one location. This wedding venue is by far the best we’ve looked at and we fell in love with it as soon as we walked in to see all of it’s charm. We definitely can’t wait to have our wedding here!
