I went in here a couple months ago simply looking for a battery, which they do not sell. I waited ten minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were two people working; a boy and a girl. The boy made me feel incredibly stupid for inquiring about a battery for my sprint phone. He made jokes about how he’s not an expert and couldn’t help me, while the girl laughed along and never made eye contact with me. I COULD NOT believe how rude they were to me when all I asked for was where to get a battery! I usually don’t get too worked up but this was unbelievable. I got a Unilocal about just so I could review. I will NEVER go to this store again, even if it means driving a lot farther than needed.

I was somehwere between 2 and 3 stars for this store. I went to the store on a Sunday and it was not open so I waited a few minutes and the person opening the store came 10 minutes past the open time, no big deal. I was there to double check on the information to disable my phone as I prepared for an international trip. I did not want to incur charges for roaming etc. The gentleman said that I just need to put the phone on Airplane mode. I can hear the «uh-ohs!» I spoke to a friend who said that is not going to do it and I needed to disable my data. SO glad I mentioned this in passing or I may have had several hundred dollars in unwanted charges. Other than that he was hurried but pleasant.
