I recently hired Laura to pet-​sit for us during a 2-​week vacation. My situation is more involved than some since my cat is a diabetic and requires twice daily insulin injections that have to be spaced apart 12 hours, and she can only be given a shot after she has eaten. Laura did a great job and took excellent care of my cats, and I would recommend her for anyone with special-​needs pets that require extra attention. I will continue to use her in the future and feel so relieved knowing that I have found someone who is capable of taking care of my diabetic cat.

I was so pleased to find Laura and Tailor Made Pet Sitting for my dog Hailey. We have tried a few other «no kennel» boarding places in the past, where the dogs basically run together all day long. Our dog always came home exhausted and somewhat frantic from these boarding places and we wondered how much personal attention that she was actually getting. This was definitely not the case with Laura, where we could tell that she was given personal care and attention. When we picked Hailey up after our 4 day trip, she was tired and she seemed really calm and content.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Laura and Tailor Made Pet Sitting!

This is the first time I had ever used a pet-​sitting service and I was pleased I was able to research Laura and her business via twitter, her website, her blog and Unilocal before I even contacted her.
Laura’s enthusiasm upon our first meeting was catching and encouraging — I immediately felt I could trust her in my home and with my two cats.
The cats were happy and well-​fed when I returned from my holiday vacation — Laura had even baked some sugar cookies (in cat and dog bone shapes!) for me when I returned.
Overall, a very pleasant and thorough experience. I will definitely use her services again in the future and have (and will continue) to recommend to friends.

We brought Willie, our Basset Hound mix, to Tailor Made Pet Sitting while we headed out for a trip to Portland. Living in Seattle, he has no yard to run in so he had a great time. When we picked him up, he was in a great mood and getting along with the other dog.
Tailor Made was very helpful when we had to extend Willie’s stay an extra night. The boarding rates are very good compared to other kennel free boarding places we have used before.
If you live near the Bothell area, I would recommend Tailor Made for your pet sitting needs.
