Red Mountain Realty is a full-​service real estate company specializing in Buying and Selling homes, condos or townhomes and small multi-​family buildings. We also offer personalized and professional Property Management of single family and small multi-​family units. This is not much different than what specialized skills you will read about other companies. But what sets us apart is that we take the extra care to make sure our clients’ absolute best interests come first. Whether the purchase or sale is for profit, financially necessary or as a result of a life change, we are there for our clients every step of the way, and long after.

History

Established in 2010.

Red Mountain Realty is a family owned and operated business. The office officially opened it’s doors for business in 2010 as a result of most real estate offices closing down. Also, several other small businesses were closing; all a result of the economy recession. So the decision was made that our Broker, Russ Gilmore and Tiffany Martin, his daughter, would team up combining his 40 years in real estate with her 15 years in Banking and Lending. A few years ago, Russ Gilmore decided it was time to hand over the business and slow down a little. During that time, Robert Martin, Tiffany’s husband, joined the team and brought his extensive knowledge of housing and construction to the table. When you work with Bob, Tiffany and Russ, you get not only real estate experts, but persons that understand all of the facets of the industry.
