Although my husband and I ended up purchasing a home outside of the area MC services, we were incredibly impressed with MC during the time we worked with her. She was very responsive, very knowledgeable, and really helpful. I would definitely recommend her and if we ever bought in her area we would go back to her in a heartbeat!

MC is great to work with. She gets right back to you when you call. And, she not only knows this area very well, but she also really knows the ins and outs of the real estate process. Because this was our first ever (and hopefully last!) home purchase, we had millions of questions, and MC patiently answered them all. She also watched out for us, kept us on track, and guided us through the complex home buying process at every stage.
We also were impressed with her local recommendations. She gave us the names of a great contractor, a home inspector, and septic and pest companies for our inspections, as well as Diane Black at US Lending Company who handled our mortgage. Diane is certainly another person we’d recommend in a heartbeat. She is also patient with newbies – she thoroughly explained every step to us along the way. The combination of MC and Diane was perfect for us.
One last thing to mention about MC, and this we think says it all: She still emails us, 6 months later, to see if all is well. We also know that we can (and have) contact her at any time if we need another recommendation. She knows all the good people around here and that is priceless!
