From the beginning, I have always enjoyed keeping a tidy home. I began 2 Buckets Cleaning in 2005 with a keen eye for detail and a desire to clean homes that make people happy to walk in the door. I am a single mother, and at the time, I struggled to find safe and natural cleaning products that held up to my quality standards. So I began to develop my own green formulas that I knew would be effective and not harmful.

Now, as part of our commitment to being green, we utilize the products that I’ve taken years to perfect. As an example, we use our own glass and all-​purpose cleaner. Additionally, we have invested in the highest quality steam cleaning machine. This machine assists us to achieve a deeper clean on any/​all tough-​to-​clean areas while naturally sanitizing your home. We are passionate about keeping all of your homes safe for you, your children and your pets.

I absolutely love 2 Buckets Cleaning! They are friendly, detail oriented and they really care about their clients. I like having the same cleaner every two weeks — she knows my house and my preferences. I know my house and animals are safe and it is pure joy walking into a clean home. I’ve had 4 cleanings so far including a deep clean. They also cleaned my Mom’s place while she was recovering from surgery. All rave reviews for 2 Buckets Cleaning!

My boyfriend and I hired 2 Buckets for TWO projects recently. We had just finished a remodel on our house and needed a deep clean to get rid of the dust and dirt. They also cleaned my boyfriend’s house as he was getting ready to sell it. It needed a good scrubbing, and they did a great job and were finished in the time they estimated. They also used Eco-​friendly supplies and everything looked great. I would use them again for big or small protects in the future.

Phenomenal service and quality work from Danit and her crew!
My roommate and I had 2 Buckets Cleaning come to do a deep clean of our house while both of us were away for a weekend. They did a deep clean of our three story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in Louisville and I can say without a doubt we can’t wait to have them back… Which will likely not be for a while because our house is still spotless 2 weeks later. We both came home to an immaculately clean living space. They changed the linens, dusted every nook and cranny, and left us with a feeling of such peace when we returned home very late on a Sunday night.
The best part, aside from how sparkling clean everything was, was that it didn’t smell like a bottle of 409 exploded in the house. I hate to come into a room with the smell of fake lemons and chemicals. it was non-​existent due to 2 Buckets environmentally friendly products.
I have already told all of my real life friends how much we enjoyed our service, so now I am telling all of you!

Had my first experience with this team today and was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. I’ve got a major thing about making beds to be just right and my family and I were thoroughly impressed to find our cozy beds made in uniformity;)
So one of the best things: I arrived wondering if they cleaned my carpets;) The carpets are so clean that I wish I could post a picture of them for reference cause they look AMAZING. My husband is an anal OCD neat freak and his favorite part: They wiped down all the cabinets.
But the cherry on top is that the owner was very open to communicating my individual needs to her Team and making sure that my expectations were met. This to me was the company’s biggest win.
Cleaning another persons home/​space is an incredibly personal experience. I don’t take letting just anyone into my home lightly. So I’m happy to say that today’s cleaning experience overcame some major anxiety I have about people seeing my clutter, and I will certainly be using this team again.
