I signed a contract with Honey Won’t Do sales rep(Tim Tracy) on 7÷28÷2015 to finish my 544 sq ft basement to be completed NLT10/31/2015. I paid the first third by check for $ 9500 at that time. Plans were drawn and request for permits filed by the sales rep and project lead(Tom Wiles) The work began in mid September with Framing complete and part of the plumbing. I pointed out that the permit did not yet appear in the window and was told the owner wouldn’t release the funds to pay for it. All work stopped after 10/14/2015. I reached out to my POC(Tim Tracy) on 10⁄19 and was told not to give the company any more money due to business practices. I finally heard from Project lead as well as Framing sub and was informed all work has stopped on my job due to lack of payment. No one at Honey Won’t Do will return my calls. I’ve left multiple messages and my Sales Rep appears to no longer work for the company. I will be contacting my attorney as well as the local news stations. Please don’t use them. Brad Ivers uses multiple company names. Do your research.
