We value the same qualities as our namesake Métis, the Greek goddess of quality, wisdom, and skill. We are a small, woman-​owned and operated environmental consulting and testing company with over 14 years of experience in environmental contaminants and testing.

History

Established in 2014.

Métis Environmental began after owners Andi and Erin recognized a need for high quality, timely environmental services with a focus on customer service. Métis Environmental was named for the Greek goddess and quality, wisdom, and skill; attributes both owners value in their business to the fullest.

Andi and Erin met working at the local office of a national environmental testing company. They worked well together as a team, and both appreciated the values of working hard for their customers. Both went their separate ways from the company, only to rejoin later with a new idea; combining their environmental field and laboratory expertise with a special focus on customer service. This is how Métis Environmental was created.
