Conor O’Neill’s is turning into a Gastropub. A gastropub is a European term for a public house which specializes in high-quality food a step above the more basic «pub grub.»
We hired a new chef, Ken Hess, to do just that. Ken has an AOS degree (Association of Occupational Studies) from the Culinary Institute of America.
He has created a new lighter menu for the summer and plans to change our menu 3 – 4 times a year to appeal to the season.
Our traditional Irish food is still on the menu and will never go away. Ken has improved some of those recipes to make them even better!
