History
Established in 2015.
The Ghost is located in The Boulder Theater in the former George’s Restaurant. It was rumored that George was the Ghost of the theater, hence the naming the restaurant was very easy. The Ghost is another creation of Savory Cuisines Catering, we have had cafes in corporate centers, and most recently did the food for the Avery Brewing Company. Brothers Bob and Joe Sargent opened The Ghost because we have always wanted a restaurant, and have waited a long time to get one.
Meet the Business Owner
Bob S.
Business Owner
I started catering 12 years ago thinking that maybe I would become a Personal Chef or maybe use catering to supplement my income. It didn’t take very long to get up and running as a full time caterer. I had a few requests to do weddings and then when I was assisting some restaurants with their catering business I met two contacts who would become my longest running customers. Savory Cuisines Catering was started with the intention of opening a restaurant if everything went well. After 12 years it’s going well, and catering has now afforded me with the opportunity to do just that.
