Whether it’s a new custom home, addition, remodel, or commercial project, our expertise and professional approach will educate and guide you through the design, permitting and construction process with ease. We focus on designing projects of natural beauty, both aesthetically and functionally. Every project is distinctive and we believe each project should reflect the individual desires and personality of the owner and be designed and built with clear responsibility to the environment and health of all building users.

The partners of Fanas Architecture, Dale and Elizabeth Smith, insist on full involvement from beginning to end acknowledging that consistency of communication not only ensures effective interpretation of design goals, but fosters a team approach that makes the sharing of ideas supportive and exciting. Through design charettes, hand sketching, 3-​D modeling, scrapbooking, and field trips, Fanas makes designing your project an experience that is memorable and fun.
