Recent Civil Jury Trial Outcomes:

September 2011 — Won 12-​day jury trial against three insurance defense teams. Verdict was quadruple the last offer prior to trial.

September 2010 — Won 5-​day jury trial with contested liability auto collision. Verdict was more than 24X the statutory offer from the insurance company.

July 2010 — Won 6-​day jury trial, doubling statutory offer, stemming from auto collision with contested liability

March 2009 — Received monies after 7-​day jury trial, stemming from auto collision with contested liability

August 2008 — Litigated arbitration against an insurance company; three panel arbiters returned a verdict that was higher than the policy limits.

Admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2001, Attorney Anderson is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court of the District of Colorado and in the 10^th Circuit of the U.S. Supreme Court. He also received a Certificate of Good Standing from the clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado.

Attorney Anderson is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He earned the «Advocate Diploma» with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Attorney Anderson is one of the few attorneys in Boulder to graduate from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
