We specialize in preparing healthy organic meals. Vegetarian too! Our baked goods are egg and dairy free and lower in fat and sugar. We use all natural ingredients. No GMO’s.

History

Established in 2002.

We are a small, local food prep and delivery service and caterer that that believes healthy food can taste good. That’s why we say «Treat yourself to good health!» Our culinary chefs have classic food training with an emphasis in vegetarian preparation as well. Our roots include many hours of food service in the mid 90’s in Estes Park as one of the first Cafes and Espresso Bars in the Mountain Resort.
