What a good shop. I was expecting to either buy a new printer or pay for a repair. The guy said hang on, tried a few things and fixed it. no charge. Love this place.

While they could understandably not complete my repair, both of the gentleman who helped me were unprofessional and incredibly dirty. Their shop was covered in a layer of dust with parts scattered everywhere, and they were quick to blame everything and everyone but themselves. I would never leave my PC with them or trust their charges even if they could have fixed mine– they seem bitter and wholly incompetent to run business. There are loads of other places in Boulder to get PC repairs, and I would run to them first!

The voice recognition software I use for dictating patient notes had always dragged and now it was not opening. I did my usual malware scanning and disc repair, but without success. Not only did Andrew find viruses on my computer I had not detected, but diagnosed my hard drive was broken. Fortunately he had a 4-​quad, 8 RAM PC he had rebuilt for gaming and sold it to me at a fair price. I’m back up and running in one day, and for the first time my dictation program is operating the way it is supposed to operate. I appreciate the sincere, honest and competent service I received. This guy’s a hard worker, and you will like meeting his office dog. Seems like people who bring their dogs to work are good people.

I was afraid to take my computer to a store out of fear they would exploit my ignorance. Eventually, I decided to get some professional help, and this guy was right there to bend me over a barrel. My screen was malfunctioning and he charged me $ 70 to take my screen off (which i later found out only takes 5 minutes) and do nothing. He said he would replace the part, and after a week of no progress, I had to call. He told me he doesn’t want to work on it anymore. The guy is unprofessional and incompetent. After wasting my money, I taught myself enough to fix the screen. It took me 30 minutes and a piece of paper. F*** you, PC express.

You should really change your hours if you are looking to get more business. I could not believe this place was not open on a Saturday. I don’t even have the option of stopping by during the week before or after work because of the bogus hours of 10 – 5 everyday. He blamed raising his prices on Obama being re-​elected, but maybe if he worked normal business hours and on Saturdays, he would make more money and not have to blame the President.
